About these terms

These terms apply when you browse classes, reserve a free spot or buy a ticket on Wellness Events Near Me (wellnesseventsnearme.com). Wellness Events Near Me is run by [ENTITY] ("we", "us").

By booking, you agree to these terms and to the refund policy. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your information.

We are not the host

• Wellness Events Near Me is a technology provider. We are not the creator, organizer or owner of the classes and events listed here.
• Each host runs their own class and is responsible for it: what happens in the room, safety, the venue, any health questions and any waiver.
• For a paid ticket, the host is the seller and the merchant of record. Your payment goes to the host's own Stripe account, and Stripe processes it. We never hold your ticket money.
• The host's name is shown on the event page and at checkout before you pay.

Prices

• The price shown is the total you pay per ticket. It already includes any platform fee or card processing the host passes on to buyers.
• Checkout lists each part before you pay: the ticket, the platform fee if the host passes it on (it pays for ticketing, check-in and payment handling), card processing if the host passes it on, any tax, and the total.
• Our platform fee is 2% + $0.49 per paid ticket. There is no platform fee on free events.
• The amount charged is never higher than the total shown at checkout.

Refunds and cancellations

• Refund requests go to the host. Each host posts a refund policy, shown on the event page and at checkout.
• Every host must also follow our refund policy. It sets a floor: a full refund when a class is cancelled, not fully performed, or postponed and not rescheduled within 90 days, even if the host's own policy is stricter.
• If the host turns on Free Cancellation, checkout tells you when your card will be charged. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Health, safety and your choice to take part

• Classes here can include movement, breath practices such as Breathwork, sound, meditation and similar practices. They can feel physically and emotionally intense.
• You choose to take part, and you accept the risks that come with these activities. [ATTORNEY] confirm the assumption of risk wording under Arizona law.
• We do not give medical advice and we do not decide whether a class is right for you. If you are unsure, talk with your doctor before you book.
• Some hosts ask health questions before class. Your answers go to that host only. The host, not us, decides what they mean for your booking.
• A host may ask you to agree to their own waiver. That waiver is between you and the host.

Using the service

• Give accurate details when you book. Each ticket carries the name of the person attending.
• Do not use bots or scripts to book, test payment cards, scrape the site, or get around prices, limits or security checks.
• We may refuse or cancel a booking that breaks these rules. If a paid booking is cancelled for this reason, the refund follows the refund policy.

Emails

• We email your confirmation, your tickets, reminders and any change to a class you booked. You can stop reminders and host messages with the link in each email. Booking and ticket emails always go out.
• We do not send text messages.

Limits on our responsibility

• To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for a class itself: its content, safety, changes or cancellation, or what a host says about it. Claims about a class are between you and the host. [ATTORNEY] confirm.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the platform fees paid on the order in question. [ATTORNEY] confirm the cap.

Disputes and arbitration

• Please contact us first at support@wellnesseventsnearme.com. Most problems are solved that way.
• Any dispute with us that we cannot solve together is decided by binding individual arbitration, not in court. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class action. [ATTORNEY] confirm the provider, rules, venue and small claims carve-out.
• You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Email support@wellnesseventsnearme.com with your name, the email you booked with, and a line saying you opt out. [ATTORNEY] confirm.

Governing law

Changes to these terms

• Each version of these terms has a number. A booking is made under the version you accepted at checkout. When we post a new version, it applies to bookings made after that.
