Refund Policy
Who handles refunds
Each class on Wellness Events Near Me is run and sold by its host. Refund requests go to the host, under the host's own refund policy. You see that policy on the event page and at checkout before you pay. If the host has not posted one, checkout says so.
The floor every host follows
Whatever a host's own policy says, every host on Wellness Events Near Me must give a full refund when a class is:
- cancelled,
- not fully performed, or
- postponed and not rescheduled within 90 days.
Hosts must also answer refund requests within 5 business days.
How to ask for a refund
- Use the link to manage your booking in your confirmation email, or reply to the host's emails about the class.
- Tell the host which booking it is and why you are asking.
- If a host does not answer within 5 business days, email support@wellnesseventsnearme.com and we will follow up with the host.
Free Cancellation
Some hosts turn on Free Cancellation. When it is on and you book more than 48 hours before class, checkout tells you: "Your card is held, not charged, until [the time shown at checkout]. Cancel before then and you pay nothing."
- For a booking more than 6 days out, the card is saved instead: "Your card is saved, not charged, until [the time shown at checkout]. Cancel before then and you pay nothing."
- Inside 48 hours, the booking is charged at once: "This booking is charged now. Cancellations from here follow the host's refund policy."
- Once your card is charged, a cancellation follows the host's refund policy and the floor above.
Fees on refunds
- The amount of a refund is set by the host's policy and the floor above.
- Our platform fee is returned only when the host cancels the event.
Card disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank, the dispute goes to the host as the seller. Please contact the host first; it is usually faster.
